RETURN, EXCHANGE, &SHIPPING POLICY
At All Things Leo, we take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges:
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
Skincare products including but not limited to: facial steamers, body butters, bath tea soaks, body oils, beard/hair oils , and any personal care items.
Custom or personalized items.
Jewelry (see below for exceptions regarding craftsmanship).
3. Jewelry Policy
All jewelry purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the rare event that a piece of jewelry is found to be defective due to poor craftsmanship, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and provide proof of the defect.
Replacements will be handled at the expense of All Things Leo, including shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is a defect in the product, please contact us immediately at Prideofallthingsleo@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Proof of damage or defect (such as photos) will be required to process the replacement or refund.
5. Processing Returns and Exchanges
Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and can be based on the weight, size, and destination of the order or may be based on a flat rate decided by All Things Leo.
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
All Things Leo is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. However, if your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it down.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
